@apulianas Fascinating. On first glance, that looks like an improvement over the gerrymandering in Texas too. Seems fair.
@manton the biggest issue people have with it is it arbitrarily separates neighborhoods. I understand that but I would argue it’s hard to define where one ends and another starts.
@apulianas I think that’s an acceptable trade-off to get a non-partisan map. This is such a serious issue that I’d love it to be “solved” once and not be a battle we fight over and over.
@manton I like the way you stated that. A lot of my opinions on these issues admittedly stem from CGP Grey’s videos, but I think the more you learn about these things, the clearer it becomes that there is a better way.
