For Geddy’s 66th birthday, I wanted to highlight last Friday’s booksigning. Geddy asked me “How are you doing Alec?” I simply replied “Fantastic. This is awesome, thank you for taking the time to do this.” After he finished signing my book we fist bumped. It was a short encounter, but one I’m likely to never forget.
@apulianas Awesome. My brother told me he was rendered speechless when he met him at the signing. Which, if you know my brother, is a real shocker.
@joec would love to meet your brother one day! I didn’t premeditate my interaction at all. In retrospect the only thing I would have changed is ask him how many years he thought the Orioles rebuild would take.
