It’s nice to hear “Africa” more often on the radio but it bums me out that it’s always the Weezer version. It’s too close of a cover that isn’t executed well enough, in my opinion. They didn’t make it their own. 🎵

@apulianas Fully agree. If you are going to do a cover, take it somewhere. The Weezer version is nothing but a slightly lesser version of the original. A complete waste of time. Zero risk. I’d rather they had failed at trying to do something new with the tune.

@apulianas That’s why you make a Pandora station with Toto’s version as the seed. It plays the Best music ever for long drives or late night work. :)
